Please note that assessments are required for all Intermediates, Majors, Minors and MAPS Players.  MAPS Prep players should only attend assessments if they would like to be considered for the older MAPS division.   Note that tee ball players do not need to attend assessments.

It is important that all player attend the assessments for these divisions as coaches will draft the teams at these divisions.  Players should bring typical baseball gear for the day of assessments (gloves, hats, helmets, bat, protective cup) and players should wear pants (not shorts).  

A Medical Form is required. Please upload, email [email protected], or bring a copy. Age verification and residency/school documents will also be accepted at check-in if not previously submitted.
